New Products!

Just a quick update, he is now offically out of daycare, and staying with his daddy some days and other days with my parents. They gave us a cream to put on Logan's open wounds and they gave us a really really strong antbiotic that hopefully helps, If that doesnt work within a week they will be admitting him into the hospital. I cant thank you enough for everyones thoughts, prayers, and concerns it means so much to me/us!

I figured the last blog was kind of deep lol so I thought I would put something fresh and fun on here. I joined Groupon a couple of months ago, and hadnt really seen many deals which fit me or my family, but then I saw one for the Body Shop and HAD to buy it! (they have some great deals, and if you havent joined yet, you totally should) Anyways, the deal was you buy it for $20.00 and get to spend $45.00 in store. because I LOVE Body Shop products! When i went in they were having a deal buy 3 get 2 free OR buy 2 get 1 free, so I of course jumped right on it. I recently bought my face products from there and couldnt have asked for anything better. So here are some of the things I recently bought at The Body Shop, using my Groupon! :)

sorry it has been so long since i have last blogged. It has been a crazy roller coaster of a ride these past couple of weeks/ days!! The past couple of weeks Logan was diagnosed with MRSA in his ears. Which he got from having tubes put into his ears! It has a very strong resistance against most antibiotics and is extremely hard to get rid of.
Well sometime last week these spots/sores started popping up all over Logan. At first I thought it could be Chicken Pox because they had an out break at his daycare,

These were ALL over his body!
but after having Christopher and my Dad look at them, they thought that it could have been flea bites from when we had dog sat my parents dog. Took him to the doctor to have them looked at, and the Dr. seemed to have agreed that is what is was. So she gave us a cream and told us to rub it all over his body and they should go away within a couple of days... didnt work.! So last night, i noticed that he was having trouble sitting down and only wanted to be held. When i went to go and give him a bath he wouldnt sit in the water, and just laid on his belly! That's when i saw this HUGE knot on his bottom. I figured he had just fell and maybe bruised it somehow. Well afterwards i was rubbing lotion on him when i accidentally scrached one of the sores on his back and while he screamed to the top of his lungs i noticed that all of this puss was coming out, i mean more than you could ever believe. (Sorry if that grossed anyone out). I put peroxide on it and then he immediately fell asleep. Well this morning he had a little fever, but I gave him some Tylenol and figured he was okay to go to daycare. As soon as I got to work i get a phone call from his daycare saying that the knot on his bottom has turned into a huge sore like the ones all over his body, and she mentions that maybe it is the MRSA. So of course I freak. I called Christopher, and couldnt get in touch with him, so i call my mom (Who is AMAZING by the way) and she went to pick him up and took him to the doctor for me. They confirm that it is MRSA and said that they will be getting in touch with the infectious disease doctor, and seeing what they think we should do next. She did mention that he might have to be put in the hospital for this. So that is where we are as of right now.... my poor baby boy :( I hate that all of this is happening to him. I would take the pain in a heart beat if i could. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for our family and especially Logan. MRSA is not an infection that you want to play around with, like I mentioned in a blog before my grandma had it before she died and it was just horrible. I posted a picture below of what it looks like now, and for people that have a weak stomach please dont look. But I want you guys to know how bad this truly is, and how bad it can get. This is the Stuff...

Lets just say this morning was a rough morning. Lost my keys, couldnt find my cell phone, i was running late, and still had to take Logan to daycare. Well, when I got into the car this song started playing and it fit my morning perfectly, so I just thought I would share and maybe it could help someone else's day!

The Dare Devil!

Just a little update on Logan.
His right ear has cleared up, but now the infection has seemed to go to his left ear! ... Yuck! His right ear has pretty much turned raw. I feel so bad for him! :( We take him back to the ENT this coming Wed. and we will figure out what to do from there, but thankfully, he is still acting like a normal kid.

This past Saturday we had a fun filled day! Saturday morning we went up to Eastside High School with his **MO MO** AKA Aunt Morgan, where they were having a "cruise in". They had lots of old cars, games, blow up slides, and food, but Logans favorite was the fire truck!







It was so windy, and bright outside though so we headed back to Nana & Papa's house for lunch and a nap. That night we took Logan to the Shrine Circus, where he was literally the Perfect Kid!!! He sat in my lap the whole time and watched in amazement of everything going on.

Then Sunday, when we went to my moms house for dinner, Logan was pretty much begging to go outside.

So I let him go outside for a little while where he was able to play with his new Tractor his Nana & Papa bought him. He's almost too big for it. lol

He has become such a little daredevil though...as you can see....
I see a lot of future trips to the ER for some reason lol.
